Excellent overnight stay
Strongest locks on any holte/motel door I’ve ever seen. Everything is new or refurbished. Very nice proprietor.
Good value for a stay in Phoenix during Spring Training
Typical Motel 6 style room with one window where everybody walks by and a heater/cooler unit under the window that makes way too much noise when you are trying to sleep. No plates, cups, glasses, utensils, etc. to take advantage of the small kitchen; we had to pick up these things from Walgreen and thrift stores. No ice machine or ice trays in room. No breakfast or even coffee provided. No motel lobby.
All hotels were very expensive in Phoenix during Spring Training. The Mesa Oasis is a little motel in a boring part of town, but the room was good. Kitchen area with sink, microwave, and fridge was cute and clean. Bathroom looked new and clean. Staff (always the same husband and wife) were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean. Easy parking right in front of our door.
Basic, high quality room and incredibly helpful staff
Small holes in comforter and drapes- needs to be updated.
Very helpful and nice at check in and check out. Very clean room with updated bathroom and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance to Cubs spring training facility (~1 mi). Good restaurants within a few blocks.
Location was just right to where we were going.
No coffee maker in room.
Can park in front of room. Bed is very comfy. Staff is very friendly.
Random single femaile
It is a couples friendly motel, grab a pizza and beer/wine on your way in fridge is included
There is no pool and no hot tub.
Everything was okay, it was sort of last minute and it was nice to be accomidated.
They tell you that you can not have ppl visit you at all or they will kick you out.. The staff treat you like you are a peace of shit. They make you pay 100$ cash deposit.. And then they find any way they can to keep the 100$ cash deposit..
The room was nice.
Old and what should be expected for anything on a Main Street USA. Old section of town
reconditioned older style motor inn.

Couldn’t ask for more for a 1 star motel, total satisfaction
If you need something inexpensive, no amenities, this is it.
The filled in swimming pool makes the place look like it's under construction. The reason the pool is filled in is because the cost of maintaining the pool and the water bill far out weigh the amount of usage. You will not come here to swim in the pool. You will come here because you need a place to sleep.
Reading some of the other reviews this would have been the last place I would stay. But after staying here I feel that the reviewers were upset about something and simply gave this place the worst review possible, which is a shame. It's not as bad as the reviews say. It's old and out dated. I will give it that. It's not meant to be a honeymoon cottage. If you need an inexpensive place to stay this would be the place. I would stay here again.
great for short trip
